Dear MCFA member,

The Annual General Assembly (AGA) of the MCFA in Paris, on 29 November 2009, was attended by 28 full members and another 39 members were represented through their participation in the online voting. The quorum requirement for the AGA is 50 members to be physically present at the meeting. Therefore, no quorum has been reached this year, once again, and the Extraordinary General Assembly (EGA) will be convened in accordance with the MCFA statute. The EGA has the power to make legal decisions irrespective of the number of the members physically present or represented.

The EGA will be held in Ixelles (suburb of Brussels), Belgium, on 21 January 2010, starting at 14h00, at the office of notary public Olivier Brouwers.

This meeting is a formal procedure in order to confirm the election on the new administrative board of the MCFA for the year 2010 and the approval of the statue changes in front of Belgian authorities (as the MCFA is legally registered in Belgium).
