As you may know, FISA-2009 will endeavour to present during three days the achievements of the research conducted under Euratom in the following areas: safety and competitiveness of existing and future nuclear installations, advanced nuclear systems for increased sustainability, advanced systems for non-electrical uses of nuclear energy, partitioning and transmutation, as well as education and training, and cross-cutting aspects (e.g. infrastructures).

Of particular interest are also the seven related Post-FISA-2009 workshops (Prague, 25 June) and the technical visit to UJV Rez planned on 26 June 2009.
